Management and Organization

Throughout my internship with Bell'Eventi, I have better learned how to manage and organize different responsibilities. For example, I have learned how to more efficiently plan for social media postings through Planoly, and organize my tasks according to their importance in order to ensure the tasks get done in an effective manner.

Adaptation

During my semester studying abroad, I have learned how to adapt to new environments, cultures and people. I have always thought of myself as adaptable, and through this experience I was able to enhance this skill firsthand by immersing myself into a completely new culture and work environment. With being adaptable has taught me, also, how to be culturally accepting as well as being able to identify and appreciate cultural differences.

Multi-tasking

In interning with a same sex and bespoke luxury event planning business, I have been responsible for working on may tasks at one time. During this semester, I have sent out cover letters, planned and maintained the Instagram page as well as designed postcards, brochures and other documents. These tasks alone have kept me busy and encouraged me to work on multiple tasks at once.
